No apology or explanation about their previous emails referring to my miles being awarded to a non existent BA Executive Frequent Flyer account. Only thing is outbound miles awarded are double amount of the inbound miles awarded. Both flights were exact same length in Club World business class, so I'll need to find out what happened there. The email I received today also referred to my husband's outstanding miles as pending, so hopefully his might arrive tomorrow.
My husband’s outstanding miles also posted today.

We’ve more long haul business class flights on British Airways in June. At time of purchasing flights, directly from British Airways, I again linked our AA Advantage numbers. Hopefully we don’t have the same denial of miles saga in June.

Hope everyone else with outstanding miles gets sorted. Don’t give up people.
