Are you on a single ticket? If so no issue - bag will go direct to your final destination and you stay airside.... If not there are reports that QR have removed the official policy to interline baggage (thats not to say it wont happen, its just you can no longer guarantee it will happen like it used to) and you may have to collect your bags and recheck them
