Me too - you should get an emailed copy of your contract. Did you? Do you have your original email confirmation? A chargeback is harsh - if you have either a quick call to Hertz 800# would have rectified the situation. Hertz will likely put you on their do not rent list if you don't pay (or resolve this issue) through other means than a chargeback. If you don't care, do nothing. If you do - pick up the phone.
