The passenger filming is running up the aisle about 6:40 into the video and taking shots pretty far from the plane at about 7:45. So we are talking about 4 minutes to assess the situation decide which exits can be safely opened and have the passengers in the front of the plane cleared enough for someone sitting behind the wing to run forward. You probably don't want to slide down from doors 2 if the engines are still running, or have doors opened that allows flames to enter the cabin?

The captain exits after 18 minutes, but what is the time gap from the last passenger to him? Part of the task performed by the captain/flight deck officers before exiting was to check the entire cabin to make sure no passengers were left behind. That also takes time. So let's get a time stamp for the last passenger.

I don't disagree with the point that everything in the evacuation should be reviewed and evaluated, even if all got out, maybe there were things that could have been done even better. But let's try not to sensationalise the things.

An interesting part of the video, there are actually passengers shouting "calm down and listen to the crew"
Which video are you talking about?

The one I posted is 3m40s in total. You can hear at 1m23s what JAL itself revealed of the 10-18 mins of evacuation.
