United did right by giving you a hotel voucher and meal vouchers IMO.

Literally never blamed United at any time. Posting here because my relationship to the hotel is through United and I think both of us are being taken advantage of thus seeking advice on the best way to proceed.

Definitely make United aware of this, but ultimately it seems like the hotel is taking advantage of the situation by squeezing max. profits out of this arrangement.

Also, was the room nice?
The hotel was the Grand Park City Hall. Didn't name it because I was asking about the best way to proceed with raising awareness about the issue and didn't think the actual venue was relevant at this stage. The room was fine, no concerns with any of the physical facilities.
