Seeking properties more about unique experience
a. "reasonable value" (not bad value, not "optimal" value to the 3rd decimal )
b. max of 1-3 nights (don't care about 5th night free)
c. unique in something (location exotic/difficult to get to, interesting design/boutique vs cookie-cutter, local experiences/culture, significant % of local foods & bev at breakfast, Executive Lounge with stunning views / food, etc).
d. had intended to use some points at Mr. & Mrs. Smith properties, but didn't work out: IT slow integration, wrong display of availability, &/or Smith allocated limited availability to IHG was not so great

Maybe an island? French/Italian Riviera? mountains resort? preferably climate more dry than humid
(Maldives seems overdone, been Bora Bora IC Thalasso huge two-story villa at end of the wooden walkway over water)
