I think your contract start date should’ve resulted in the GS amenity good through 1/31/25 and it’s better than 50/50 nothing’s gonna show up on its own and you’re going to have to get a human on it. The contract I got my GS through went into effect sometime in early November and the status runs through 1/31/25.
There’s only, like, 3 people at PassPlus and the holidays might cause disruptions. Maybe even a load of new enrollees trying to beat the 12/31/23 deadline for $50k vs $75k funding for GS.
Luckily, you fo have 25 days to work the issue
