It seems there are people on this thread that know far more about the PassPlus system than the "agent" that sold me the contract That said, I could use some help.

My contact anniversary date is August 1. I funded $50K on August 4, 2023 and after going through the set up process, there was 1 GS nomination in my Amenity Account. I populated the info and.....poof I was recognized as GS expiring on 1/31/2024. Now we are in the new year and my GS expiration is coming up in less than 30 days. My "agent" told me that a new GS nomination would show up in my Amenity Account on 1/1/2024. Nothing has shown up in the account. Is she mistaken and it will show up on February 1, 2024? Is there something else I need to do to get the nomination? My "agent" has gone silent so I don't even know who to reach out to, so I hope someone here can help. TYIA
