I was able to get a reservation for Hashimoto. Does anyone know if he allows adding extra nigiri at the end of the meal? Does it matter if it's the first dinner service?

If he does, as a follow-up, and this question is a tad embarrassing: If he does not serve otoro during the meal, is it improper to request a piece?

I've been to a few high-end sushiyas in Tokyo, but find myself out of sorts on this one for some reason.
