Anyone know if you can get concierge to select nominee early?

My wife was my nominee in 2023. This expires on Jan 16. We have a flight on Jan 19 (seperate PNR's) and the system is not letting me request an upgrade for her Latitude Reward ticket.

I am assuming it is because the nominee expires 3 days before the flight, but it also does not appear that I can select the nominee again until Jan 17, which is only 2 days before the flight.
Nevermind, for some reason her AP had been dropped from the reservation. Once I added it I was able to process her upgrade.
