As a general question as most airlines do not carry double meals to cater for everyone - would they do better to offer one choice only as do AF (for example)? The everyone gets offered the same thing. Personally I think that the present system while not perfect if better than a total take it or leave it scenario if you do not or cannot eat what is on offer
As long as that one choice is not a vegetarian nor red meat - I would be good with that.
