I got the credit card near the end of last year and when I checked the account today it only showed a quarterly add of points, but listed them as "adjusted" as if there was some inconvenience that occured, and at the bottom it said I would lose ALL my points if I didn't have any "earned activity" by July 2025. I have never seen this before with any other hotel card I always got the points every month and they kept the account active. Can anyone assist and let me know what is going on or what needs to be done? Thanks!
