I don't think that there is a definitive answer on the timing, as there are many authorizations that are required before any construction can start,.

Regarding the future of this property, if I had purchased this building, I would probably not keep it as a hotel operating under the Westin brand.
Also, taken into consideration the new owner, one might easily reach a conclusion on what the goal is for this building.
