I normally use the desk top to access Marriott site.

Today I found an existing 5 nights point booking has a small decrease on points, but more importantly a King is now available versus at the time of booking one day only had Queen so the whole 5 nights booked to Queen.

However when I did the upgrade inside the reservation, the site does not respond. The Update button would grayed out once I clicked it, but then it reverted back without any update. This happened with both Firefox and Chrome browser, but on the same desk top PC.

Then I turned to the App on my iPad, thinking it may work there.

But, I cannot even find a tab or button for Edit Room like it shows on the website.

How do you handle Edit Room, or Update to get the lower cost when using App?
