We had a great breakfast/brunch at the restaurant in the Qantas lounge at LHR. A few photos:
Poached egg with mushrooms and salted chili. Bread underneath was a little soggy and the egg lukewarm. Suspect more assembled than cooked to order? But tasted very good.
Cauliflower and hummus with preserved lemons: cauliflower could have been roasted till crisper. It was more like briefly blanched with a bite to it. Flavours were good and an interesting combination.
