Darn. Was there yesterday and could have checked.

My GGL has just run out so down to GfL.

I got an invite to First dining but my wife who is Gold did not, seems an unusual distinction. Everyone but me could OLCI and they told me at check in it was so they could inform me of this invite.

I saw quite a few of the invite vouchers at the lounge entrance. In the First Dining they said they were only expecting five people and there were only two
people there. They said I could guest someone in also.

The food in First Dining isn’t great, many items are just plated versions of things on offer in the lounge. But there were a couple of extra options - Potato Soup and Beef Short Rib today. They were ok but not hot.

I have to say though that I interacted with quite a few of the lounge staff and they were without fail both extremely cheerful and helpful. Much better service than in the CCR in fact.
