Totally frustrated on BA refund
I have been trying to get BA to refund me for 2 Premier Economy tickets from SFO to LHR back in May. They put us on Aer Lingus due to their cancellations, but have still not refunded the difference in price since Aer Lingus only have Economy seating.
The latest from BA is that they can't do anything more because they can't get a response from Aer Lingus re. their charges.
But surely since I paid BA, and they are holding my money for a service (Premier) that I didn't receive, they are responsible to me?
Any ideas would be much appreciated.
