I think Southwest should do a small balance writeoff and pay it for me instead of incurring transaction costs and inconvenience. Imagine someone who doesn't use the app calls in and wastes time with an agent to pay 20 cents on a credit card. I have 40+ flights with the old tax and SDC often.
