And many of you are going to continue to WFBF and United has zero reason to offer more service. They are not a service airline any longer...they are a bank trying to mint money through credit cards. Or become a LCC. You choose.

I tend to agree with many on the boards who say service won't improve until the next recession hits and United is actually trying to gain customers. That seems to be true for now...
