Booked a couple flights on JL 1 & 2, both are 777-300ER. Have OW Sapphire so looks like I can pick any 2 seats other than 23C (not sure why it's blocked). I got the sense that row 23 is better than row 45, given that 23 has plenty of legroom anyways, and also isn't that close to the lavatory, but want to know what others here think are the best 2 seats. Another option other than 23 and 45 is 27H&J, these are the only 2 seats on the plane that we won't need to sit next to someone.

Is there enough legroom on row 23 AB, so that we won't need to ask 23C to standup to go to the bathroom? Is that enough of a reason to go with 23 EF instead? Or do people like row 45 more?
