Locked out and unable to reset password
It's been two weeks or so since I got suddenly locked out of my account "for security reasons" and prompted to create a new password. Which would have been fine had I been able to do it. But no matter what I do (cookies, browsing history, new browsers, computer, phone etc.) and how many times I contact support the result is the same: the reset link they send is invalid asking me to reset the password. Now I'm just being ignored - Emirates chat (email and twitter) support tells me to delete cookies and when I say it doesn't work, they just log off. Do I just say goodbye to my 48000 miles and never fly Emirates again?
