Ugh, same issue here. Thanks for posting. Guess I will be on the phone with them now to request they fix it.
UPDATE:
Oh boy, this sounds like it will be a pain for many. They had to create a ticket for a "rewards supervisor" who is supposed to look into why the mobile wallet purchases are not showing the 3X. The rep did verify that "my card qualified" making me wonder if some will not going forward? They said to expect a call back within 24-48 hours but that tickets can take 5-7 business days to get resolved.
I also said a "colleague" (thanks
guv1976 ) had received a customer appreciation offer and asked if there was anything on my account. They said there was 1000 points if I wanted them (as if I wouldn't??). They applied that but interestingly there was no disclaimer about any terms or anything. Points have already posted as "
Customer Appreciation Points". As always YMMV.
