You can email concierge key but I doubt they know. It is set up by the executive team so you may try to reach out to someone there. The renewal should come at the end of this qualifying year as last year in March/April. Since you obtained it through airpass you might be in this group. [email protected] but I think to get the correct response, it would be the executive side. There are several of us here on a status challenge going into our last quarter metric and when I had questions, I was always rerouted to the exec team from the CK desk.
