Really depends on what terminal you arrive and depart from. IMO there's really nothing at DFW that's worth riding the Skylink to and from.

Maggianos in Terminal C is good for Italian.
Pappadeaux in A is great for seafood and some beef.
Salt Lick BBQ in A is probably the best BBQ at DFW... or Cousins in B.
Twisted Root Burger is a great burger - Terminal A.
Eatzis and Brewed in Terminal D are good.
