The US military already have enough infrastructure like that in Europe, prime example is Ramstein: https://www.amc.af.mil/AMC-Travel-Si...nger-Terminal/ Peoples Express uses RMS like a hub, flying in from NJ or Maryland and transiting to various bases (including RZE to pick up your example)
