And yeah well "guaranteed at booking!" I have no idea what their swap %s are. But I don't here too many people shouting about it anymore for whatever reason.

Also, the BOM-US exclusively on new planes happened in Oct/Nov.. so yeah you might have faced exactly what I described earlier.
2023 was not a consistent year for me in getting what I booked with AI but this won't stop me from flying with them as I'm sure things are going to get better.
