I would say that the CPK plan makes sense as a cargo transit location. I also would say that it should have the ability to serve as a transit/transfer location for international military transfers (although I will note that I was connecting in CDG on the day Moscow invaded Ukraine, and the cerca 09:00 flight was totally full, and the pax were USArmy, travelling in civies - presumably logistics or such - point being that even CDG can serve as a transit point).
However, I see no sense for all of Poland to be heading there for their commecial flight..
