Have my first BA flight in a few years booked so am forced to interact with BA IT.
On laptop - chrome won't allow me to book in, edge does allow it but cannot access 'My Account'.
Android - allows log in and access to booking but don't then has not refreshed tier point status from 4 LH QR flights in December.
I am amazed BA IT is so absolutely rubbish given the industry they are in. Without doubt the worst IT of all the hotel/airline companies I use.
