Just curious as to why that might be – I'd completely understand if there were no other suites available (and yes, I've checked with ExpertFlyer).
I'm not sure as to why this happens (I face the same issue on various flights where I've booked J class, want to move to the bulkhead seats now that it's open, only for the seat selection to be locked out ... sigh), but if it helps, I'd start chat via the Kris chatbot, as the customer service agent can help you move seats
And kudos to you for checking ExpertFlyer! I'm a big fan of the feature and actively advise folks to check there.
