There were some reports of those RA without InnerCircle
And Inner Circle without RA but with Diamond

As in the official RA comuniqué is mentioned that all 2024 RA gets Inner Circle,
it will be safe to assume that Kimpton EQN&EQP will count for 2025 RA qualification

But in the official Inner Circle communiqué is no mention of RA
