I would say not entierly correct, yes you have automated gates, however on return the scan didnt like me and you only seem to get one try after which your beeped and you need to join a line for a manual stamp. Line was about 20-25 mins I would say to the side of the automatic gates
Yes, I saw some scans not working, some machines inoperable and a bit of chaos at exit - though didn't see much of a line build up. I feel the old T3 was a far better experience for the few times I dealt with immigration there.
