Yes, you are correct. I presumed the A350 had fully touched down before colliding with the Q300. This was simply based on my interpretation of the initial video. Though, the nose of the A350 being still in the air before colliding with the Q300 could also be a possibility. We will need to wait for more details to come out during the investigation.
