AC and FR have zero overlapping routes, FR's OTP have very little practical impact for potential AC customers. However, DL/AA/UA's OTP would be of interest for someone looking at whether to connect via YYZ on AC over ORD/DTW/EWR/JFK/IAD/PHL on DL/AA/DL, or someone looking to fly between YYZ/YVR/YUL and one of DL/AA/UA's hubs.
