The TA behind the CapitalOne dropped the ball and probably didn't reissue/sticker the ticket correctly. They would have been informed of the rebooking and subsequent no-show on the 16th and 26th. I would confront CapitalOne why they didn't perform their duties as your travel agent.
Lufthansa is not allowed to touch the ticket as this is indeed a travel agent ticket. Offering a change on their LH App with no agreed change/communication protocol with the travel agent should also be off limits. The LH App should clearly state that for any changes the passenger should contact their travel agent.
