Welcome all views of course but this doesn’t seem to be an issue to warrant arbitration. They charged me inconsistently with he contract. That shouldn’t be something that’s hard to resolve. Even Dollar managed to fix this easily through online customer service when it happened a few years ago (different rental location in the US).
That is the exact purpose of arbitration. They broke the contract, they won't fix it, now you need to take legal action as is your right under the contract.
