Email will go to a central desk (until you know the pattern), and may or may not be responded to by the time you land and get voice signal. If you get a repsonse by email, great, if not, feel free to call.
You may or may not ever find a concierge in the MLL. It doesn't seem to be one of their holding points any airport I've been.
