Trying to book one of my sons on an Air Canada flight using United Miles. First supervisor said they could not do that and then transfers me to Air Canada with out any explanation. Like they can use United miles to book the flight. I thought the issue was going to be united charges $150 and Air Canada $100 and United wanted the $150.

Second supervisor said they cannot do it and wait 24-72 hours for a supervisor callback.

Also told flights can be changed up till 30 minutes before departure with just paying any difference in miles. Hard to believe that is true.

Other son is booked on different date on Air Canada using kris flyer miles and was no mention of anything.
