Can AUPs be processed (or even priced?) at a different airport to the originating airport for the leg in question? Was meaning to try to find out how much an AUP on SOF-LHR would have been but since I was on a B2B at SOF I would have had to ask at LHR before the outbound leg — I imagine the gate agent at SOF wouldn’t know or be able to process an AUP (and isn’t there a deadline of an hour before scheduled departure anyway?)
