No, but I have been by it numerous times as I live right up the street from the RI. The only thing I can confirm from my previous post regarding a shuttle, is that there isn't one. TOV buses are free and there are three West Vail routes during the winter; West Vail Green, West Vail Red and West Vail Express. Here's a link to TOV Bus schedules.
