Detailed review of my stay

What is your IHG One Rewards status?
Diamond Royal Ambassador Inner Circle

Were you (or for multi-stayers are you generally) happy with the hotel/stay?
Yes, I loved the property for its atmosphere, location in a secluded area in the middle of the nature, attentive service,
interior design, quality of service and incredible club lounge.

What was good and what was bad?

GOOD
- Very attentive and smiling service
- Great club lounge
- Superb view from the hotel

- Very comfortable suite
- Superb view from the room
- Very nice fitness centre
- Pleasant outdoor pool and beach area
- I was offered both points and welcome drinks voucher.
- Fabulous dining option, including Pierre Gagnaire’s La Maison restaurant.
- I really appreciate the fact that the hotel is offering to take part in the programme to help local children escape poverty.
- The hotel has its own lounge at Danang airport, with great service.

BAD
- Nothing.

Value for $ or IHG One Rewards Points? Would you return?
The hotel is quite unique for the atmosphere, quality of service and design by architect Bill Bensley.
The resort is built on the side of the mountain, in the middle of the forest.
The architecture blends subtly with nature.
Each villa enjoys total privacy.
To get to the beach, the club lounge and the various restaurants, you can either walk, take a buggy (impressively fast service) or the charming cable car.
The property is definitely not cheap (even more expensive than Regent Phu Quoc), but definitely worth it, especially as a Royal Ambassador member
