This is not correct.
First, award flights book under the flight number of the operating carrier. So if you book ATL-HNL-LIH on DL & HA with miles, ATL-HNL will be booked under the DL flight # and HNL-LIH will be under the HA flight #. Second, you only earn MQDs on award flights if the flight is DL marketed (operated) booked with DL miles. Third, the ratio is 100 to 1 (1 MQD for every 100 miles, not 10 to 1).
