Well, whatever the MCT is. Presumably they set the MCTs on CX involving borders and security "about 15 minutes higher" than what all the other factors consider. Which is a dangerously detailed way to consider how they set MCT.
Nobody is denying that airline operations can be complex and delay unavoidable, writ-large.
But this Bulletin Board is about systemic issues at AC, which can only be really considered in comparison to others.
So when I turn on CBC News this morning, running this story, the general public will get the same general message.
And if you take a look at FR financials, who I fly frequently because of OTP and mostly to major city airports, RyanAir is very clear to its investors that OTP represents a major competitive advantage that is core to keeping operational and capital costs low.
Possibly CEO Rousseau, coming from Finance side may wish to consider an AC total asset management approach to better financial performance, or are AC shareholders just ignorant not demanding better.
