With their own deadline date now passed, is there any action on my part required to chase etc.? I ask as I have never used CEDR previously so don’t know if this is the norm.

Spookily, CEDR responded with their decision a short while after posting and decided in our favour. I have accepted their decision. It does state that it is our responsibility to provide correct payment details to the airline. I recall that on the BA web form where I lodged the initial claim, it did not ask for my bank details (unlike a similar claim previously).

May I ask whether BA will contact me when made aware of the CEDR decision asking for bank details or should I be proactive in contacting them to provide? Again, apologies for the question but I have not been through the CEDR process before!
