Have you guys got the 95th anniversary e-mail from LO CEO? He mentioned LO fleet will expand to 40 modern aircraft. According to lot.com their fleet consists of 60 aircraft -

Is he suggesting 20 of LO aircraft are not modern? Overall very weird Corporate blah, blah, blah...
Decided to waste 5 minutes to check and verify.
Per LOT's home page it currently owns 74 aircraft. Per Airfleets.net page, the airline fleets age is 10.8 years (thought I would mention that if we were thinking of carbon fiber body planes). While Planespotters indicates that all of their Embraer 170's are over 18 years old, and a number of the 190's and 195's are over 15.
The Points Guy writes it most clearly in an article dated 10/06/23 - that they plan a 'huge expansion' to 110 aircraft.
Therefore, 74 current aircraft plus 40 new, less 8 parked (per planespotters) would give you right about 110.
