No real devaluation since then in terms of value versus cash pricing.
I recently booked the St. Ermin's in London for 2 cents a point (canadian) and will be staying at the JW Masai Mara in Kenya in April at 118K points a night. It books at around 3100 USD a night. I always use points for the high value redemptions and pay cash for lower ones. I also keep checking my bookings to see if the drop the points. Going to the W Maldives soon. Booked it at 484K points for 5 nights. Re-booked it now at 401K points for 5 nights. Gotta make this dynamic pricing work for us
