I currently have a case with CEDR which is currently sat for final adjudication. CEDR stated that decision should be within 15 days or sooner. Their website shows that the deadline for this decision is 2 January 2024.
With their own deadline date now passed, is there any action on my part required to chase etc.? I ask as I have never used CEDR previously so don’t know if this is the norm.

There's no harm in chasing. I did the same when they went over the deadline in my case. It's still likely it will take some time as they have a backlog.
