Your status would normally be updated in November 2024. The app/website should show a message similar to the screenshots above saying congrats you have extended ... etc. Also note that the 30 segment for FTL is 30 segments on M&M integrated airlines (LH, OS, LX, SN, 4Y, EW, OU, LG etc).
