It used to be 1800 XP = 2 year qualification. In this case, it seems like he paid 3*900 XP for a 2-year period (be it seen as 2023-2024 or 2024-2025 calendar years)
Exactly, that's what it should be
I will call TA to sort it out but that wouldn't be fair to deduct 900 UXP for free

Once again, this is a "contract" and 900 UXP means big spending
