RA upgrades are indeed at tenured hotels above the cat+2
Early check in 10 AM is indeed a lifesaver but at tenured hotels per advanced notice no problem,
And indeed F&B voucher can be offset to minibar charges so nothing actually changes except the extra step via the app needed ....
