Quick question – I have a JAL flight from HND-LAX and I just tried to have an AS rep add an AS domestic leg from LAX-SEA to get me home. Had flight numbers ready and everything. Seems like something people do pretty regularly, but they weren't able to do it. Is this a HUCA situation, or is this just not possible?
